According to Orion, erotic products are given as gifts at Christmas more often than thought. The adult toy retailer found this out in several surveys.
Orion reveals: almost nine out of ten want sex toys for Christmas

A YouGov survey of 2,031 men and women commissioned by Orion showed that 33 percent have already given an erotic product as a Christmas gift. The most popular gift is lingerie at 15 percent, closely followed by sex toys at 9 percent. Interestingly, it is preferably men who like to put a sexy present under the Christmas tree. A further curiosity: erotic products are given away more frequently in households with children than in childless households.
Although a third of those surveyed have already given away lingerie or love toys at Christmas, there is still plenty of room for improvement. Of the 610 participants in another Orion survey, 84 percent of women and 85 percent of men said they would be happy to receive a sex toy as a Christmas surprise. On the female side, it is particularly important that the size is right. A sex toy that is too enormous will not make any woman happy. The portable bringer of pleasure should fit into the handbag without any problems. If you want to surprise your partner with an erotic toy, you should make sure that it is handy and not too big.
Sexy lingerie gives a lot of pleasure at and after Christmas
In addition to love toys, sexy lingerie in particular is one of Orion’s best sellers in the (pre-)Christmas period. The reason: according to a survey of erotic retailers, 70 percent of women feel erotic with lingerie on their bodies. 31 percent think seductive underwear makes them feel more confident.
And men also enjoy seeing their partner in hot lingerie. 90 percent of male respondents revealed in another survey that sexy lingerie on their sweetheart is important or even very important to them. The color doesn’t matter to them. Women, on the other hand, clearly prefer black, with red close behind. It also shows that hot underwear is not just a women’s thing. Men are also happy to have sexy underwear under the Christmas tree. In the Orion survey, almost 64 percent of them said so.
